ADHD, AuDHD and Autism don't show up in the same way for everyone.
What is often shared is a lifelong experience of being misunderstood, expected to adapt to systems that weren't built for you, and being told, directly or indirectly, that you should just try harder. Trying to make yourself fit usually comes at a cost.
ADHD, Autism and AuDHD can often involve patterns of intensity, overwhelm, sensory or emotional overload, masking, and difficulty sustaining the demands of everyday life.
As a neurodivergent therapist and coach, I understand how draining it is to live in a constant state of friction with expectations of consistency and linear thinking that don't match the way your brain or nervous system works.

On the outside you may appear successful and together, driven, on top of things. Your mind is constantly busy, moving quickly between ideas, priorities and directions, all competing for attention at the same time. You think differently. Quickly, deeply, often brilliantly. You see connections, possibilities, and patterns others miss. You go through periods of intense focus and productivity, where everything flows.
But underneath, it can feel impossible to switch off. You may find yourself forgetting to stop or eat, working unsustainable hours, or not getting enough sleep. Soon this turns into overload and overwhelm, and difficulties with emotional regulation and memory follow.
Energy and emotional highs and lows can significantly affect all aspects of daily life. There may be periods where everything feels much harder to prioritise or sustain, leading to a procrastination-shame spiral. You feel like a failure, wondering why you can’t seem to keep it all together. You may even burnout and crash.

If you are ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD, diagnosed, or you suspect you might be, you could well be struggling to find your rhythm or balance.
You might find yourself swinging between feeling like you’re ‘too much’ or ‘not enough’. You may have spent a long time trying to make sense of why things feel more difficult than they seem for other people, or why your energy, focus and capacity don't stay consistent in the way you expect them to. I understand how challenging and exhausting this can be.
Common struggles can include:
Most neurodivergent people also carry levels of relational trauma from years being mislabelled or mischaracterised, or from trying to adapt in ways that have cost energy and confidence.

I work with neurodivergent clients dealing with issues around self-identity, relationships, rejection sensitivity, study or work environments, paralysing perfectionism, or 'executive function' difficulties, often a mixture of some or all of these.
I blend therapy with coaching to help you understand yourself, your strengths and rhythms, and help you find ways to adapt your life to suit you, not the other way round.
In addition to my own lived experience, I have over 17 years' experience coaching and mentoring neurodivergent adults and children, all of which has given me a deep understanding of the multiple ways this can impact individuals.
