Individual Therapy and Coaching – £80 (60 minutes)
Relationship & Couples Therapy and Coaching - £110 (75 minutes)
Family Pairs Therapy and Coaching - £100 (75 minutes)
For couples or relationship pairs I usually arrange a 30 minute consultation video call with you both together to talk about how we might work together.
This works differently depending on the circumstances.
I work with individuals and pairs (dyads).
Individual appointments with each family member may take place before joint sessions.
