At present I offer online therapy via video call.

This enables more people to access therapy with the therapist of their choice, as opposed to being tied to whoever may be locally available. This is especially useful if you are looking for someone to help with a specialist issue as it widens your access to the right person.

Many people prefer to work online as this cuts out travelling time making the sessions easier to fit into your busy schedule.

I work with people over the age of 18

If I sound like someone who you would like to work with, your first step will be to email me.

We will have an initial phone conversation to get a better idea of what you are looking for help with, and whether I am the right person to do this.

We can then book a time to meet for an online appointment.

I currently have some spaces available on Wednesday and Thursday.

My fees are £60 per hour.
