Therapy is typically focused on emotional processing, and longer-term patterns that impact mental health and relationships.
While therapy often looks at deeper emotional patterns, coaching helps you move towards your goals with clarity, support and accountability.
Many of my clients aren’t sure whether they need therapy or coaching. The truth is, the lines often blur, and it doesn’t always have to be either/or.
